Nursing homes satisfy kin, survey finds (Boston Globe)


Consumers are largely satisfied with the care provided in Massachusetts nursing homes, according to the first-ever state survey of relatives of nursing home residents. The survey, which will be conducted annually, is designed to help nursing homes improve and to aid consumers in choosing where to place family members.
