Senior Citizen Hit by Police Car During Seventh Unsupervise


An elderly nursing home resident who eloped from a Vallejo facility in 2003 and was hit by a police car while aimlessly walking the streets has agreed to a state record $3.5 million settlement of her legal claims against the nursing home and the City of Vallejo.
