Two killed in nursing home fire (Irish Examiner)


A fire at a nursing home in Michigan killed two people this morning and at least 60 were rushed to hospitals, officials said. The blaze was reported just after midnight at the 122-bed Mather Nursing Centre in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, about 360 miles north of Detroit.
