Need advice
I am a nursing student getting ready to graduate, but i am worried about the NCLEX. How did you prepare for the big day?
you dont either you know it or you dont

Don't listen to stupid Telenurseboy's reply. Of course you know your stuff, but you still need to prepare. Read as much as you can, get your hands on a book with questions and answers, and just learn how to answer the questions....Remember, every question is going to make you rule out the ABC's and safety first. So, when you get a question, always ask yourself, "Okay, is there a problem with the breathing and/or airway?"

yes that makes perfect sense when they ask you what patient your aide can go see or who should your lpn see and none of them have anything wrong with them, or with their abc's.
you really know it or you dont. they ask questions to test your basic nursing knowledge. ask things like what is the first thing you do when your patient comes back from surgery? either you know it or you dont. dont assume they know what you will do first.
