Nursing center cited in patient death (Tribune-Courier)


The Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Possum Trot was issued a citation from the state Nov. 19 in regard to the Nov. 8 death of a patient whose wheelchair overturned outside the nursing home around 1 a.m.
