Inquiry into Edmonton nursing home scalding reveals plumbin


EDMONTON (CP) - There were problems controlling the hot and cold water supply in a nursing home where a senior was fatally burned during her bath, and the 20-year-old tub didn't have an anti-scalding device, an inquiry into her death heard Wednesday.
