Very Happy Hi ya'll, I have a question. What is your stand with American companies here in the philippines (Call centers in particular), who are utilizing the US nursing license of the filipino nurses and paying them a standard call center rate?
I guess what I'm trying to ask is... should'nt these nurses be paid the same rate as the nurse (Case management nurses)in the US does or at least close to?

Interesting question. This practice is probably legal if questionable ethically. I relate it to the IT call centers that are paying the local wage rather than the US wages for tech support.
