Man Charged In Nursing Home Assault (The Boston Channel)


BOURNE, Mass. -- A Wareham man is facing charges he assaulted a woman at the Bourne nursing home where he worked. Jeremiah Prive, 30, was arraigned in Falmouth District Court Monday on charges of assault and battery on an elderly person, indecent assault and battery and assault with intent to rape.
