I went to work on saturday and i caught a nurse taking sexual to patient over the call bell system while he was in his as if she a hooker and the she went to go chang a dressing a on a patient and was doing inapproprate thing so on sunday i reported her to the supervisor they asked her to leave work until they could investgate. Well in the mean time the CNA that is her friend came at me in a very aggrssive manner accusssing and threating me they sent her will before she left she cursed me out and i had to write her up. By the time 11-7 shift this had made all the way thru the building and the following day the whole story was out. Well the nurse got fired and is going before the board for elder abuse. Everyone is treating me like the bad guy and I have the pledge. I did the right thing I know I did but why do I feel so bad.
