Thoughts and feelings on working with stroke patients
Hello,
I am a relatively newly qual nurse (March 08) I have taken my first post on a stroke unit, I do enjoy it but it is soo heavy and am fed up with swinging from late to early!!!
What can i do to make the most of this post and get the necessary experience to be able to move on sooner rather than later?? and does anybody know if it is even legal to be able to work late then go straight back on an early??
