Man charged in kidnapping attempt sent to psychiatric hospi


SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- A man charged with trying to kidnap a teenage girl was sent to a maximum security psychiatric hospital after attempting suicide in jail, sheriff's officials said.
