Tax Advantage Program
I have been traveling with Access since April 2007. I am renegotiating a 5th contract and am being told that they are doing away with the per diem meal non taxable portion of my pay. I have been told by other agencies that I am entitled since I am a resident in an other state, own a home, maintain my other tax residency. Also I was told that the rate for my area is double what I have been receiving. HELP
