Jailed nurse struck off over forgeries (icWales)
A FORMER NHS nurse who stole nearly £36,000 by forging signatures on time sheets was yesterday struck off. Rhian Richards, formerly Slaymaker, faced a professional conduct committee hearing of the Nursing and Midwifery Council in Cardiff.
