St. Al's Re-frames Nurse Call Line Structure (KBCI Boise)


St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center's nurse call line, more commonly known as, "Ask a Nurse," is changing the way it treats patients over the phone. A spokesman for the hospital reports the line received over 22,500 calls last fiscal year.
