Time-sheet forgery nurse struck off (icWales)
A FORMER NHS nurse who stole nearly £36,000 by forging signatures on time sheets was today struck off. Rhian Richards, formerly Slaymaker, faced a professional conduct committee hearing of the Nursing and Midwifery council (NMC) in Cardiff.
