I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "old sex tapes of david berg" but while our online archive does include footage from video tapes that were once in the private collection of David Berg, there are certain types of content that it does not and will not include. This is detailed in the
Family Videos category page where it states:

Please note that, due to moral, legal and ethical concerns, the xFamily.org Video Archives do not include pornographic videos featuring children or adults. Such material, with the exception of excerpts in television news reports, has been edited out of the videos we have archived.
In the late 1970s, Wild Wind Productions did produce and distribute a nauseating audio cassette titled "Mo Makes Love To You" (or something very similar). If that is what you mean, we do not have a copy of it.
I assume by asking what "permission error" means, you are referring to some error you got from an xfamily.org site. If you can quote the error message and, most importantly, provide the URL then I may be able to fix the problem.
