Hi my name is Peter and I'm interested in religion, philosophy and life in general. I did my minor in religious studies almost 15 years ago, and over 10 years since I've read any original religious work. I hope to get updated and discuss it with you all!

@peter74,
Hi thanks! I saw your review on that philosophy book and you said it wasn't really straightforward for beginners. Any recommendations?

@peter74,
Personally I think Nigel's Warburtons Philosophy: The Classics makes for a good introduction into Philosophy giving a overview of 27 different key texts from the History of Philosophy. He is a very readable author and has good knowledge about Philosophy, he also has a very good podcast called Philosophy Bites which features interviews with various Philosophers.
