Remember, if it's not written it's not happening. It matters not what you talk about with the nurse manager, if YOU don't make sure it's in the contract you won't get it... take your days and hours... if she agree's to days only, make sure you get that into the contract.

Remember, the recruiter is not your friend EVER... this is a business. They will befriend you just like you are their lost buddy. Don't let this confuse you with the business end of the travel. They will sink a nurse in a heartbeat over a hospital. The only thing they want to see is your time sheet.

Get everything in writing and if you don't agree with something tell them to take it out.

You are exactly right..... been there done that.
And another thing to think about... it is a business for a traveler as well. Don't get caught up in the loyalty bit. You are in business for yourself as a traveler. Shop around and get the best jobs with the best amenities and the best pay.
Do yourself a favor.
