I have a friend who used to work in the OR there. He liked it, but moved to outpatient at University for higher pay. All the nurses I have known that worked at Children's love it there. Unfortunantly they pay less.

I am currently on assignment at Children's and I love it. I am not working in the OR but I work in the observation unit so we get post op kids all day long. I can say that the people are very friendly and supportive. However, the pay is not that great for travlers and employees. It is a great place to work though. Good luck
