Working as a Graduate nurse or taking the NCLEX first
I am a student nurse, graduating in December and wonder if I should take a position as a graduate nurse on a unit while preparing for the NCLEX, or just take the time and get the test out of the way before starting a new position. What has worked for you? i know that it depends on the facility and their policies, and I also wonder... what if I don't pass the first time?! Just a little anxious
